The catering team is headed by Chef – Dominik Więcek and Restaurant and Bistro Manager – Justyna Czeleń. Our team is made up of specialists. who have had the opportunity to develop their skills and gain knowledge both locally and internationally. The administrative and managerial team is complemented by the waiters’ service, who take care of every guest with a smile and experience. The experience we have gained and the knowledge we have acquired over the years allows our service to take care of every detail, thus satisfying the most demanding guests. The overriding idea of our service is the so-called “casual elegance”, which manifests itself at every turn.

The complementarity of knowledge and skills combined with passion, diverse inspirations and a constant desire for self-improvement make our team the heart and soul of the restaurant. By adding Polish products sourced directly from local suppliers, we have achieved a menu that is a combination of flavours, imagination and many culinary techniques. Our main pillar is localness, in short: fusion in Silesian style, which has resulted in us joining the Silesian Flavours Culinary Trail and supplementing our ala carte offer with a separate menu inspired by Silesia.
